What's your favorite muscle that you prefer to train (or would like most to develop)?!!!

My favorite muscle group used to be legs but now I think that I prefer to train my back. I need the most help in the thigh area however and my best development has probably been my shoulders.

I have seen very nice results on my back and shoulders. The place that needs most work is the backs of my arms- everything else is firming up nicely but I still have "bingo wings". I actually enjoy doing ab work most! Maybe because you really feel the burn when you get it right.

I like training tris and chest... because i like havnig a big bench press.

I've recently fallen in love with squats...so legs are now my new favorite!

im with rob on loving squats for the results and the pure power, but my genetic strong point, and what i have always loved to really beat the hell out of, are my triceps........YEA, DOGGIE!!!!

My favorite to train - abs, for the same reason, you can really feel the burn - same for triceps. I'd really like more hamstring development, all over thighs really but specifically hamstrings.

My biceps; I was able to develop that peak look at a very young age. I mainly use hammer dumbell concentration curls one arm at a time and very slow reps. The triceps are my next favorite, mainley because they are more easy to develop. Close hand push-ups seem to do the trick.

For the most part legs I have 19" calfs that are hard, 27.75" thighs some fat to loose, but over all my pride right now. Starting to like arms & abs since I have started with ft. Right now bicep is 17" want 20" eventually

Sempai those are awesome measurments! Keep going! I wish I had calves that big mine are only 18. My thighs are 32.5 ( I do have some fat to loose there). Arms are edging close to 19right now. But still man great job!

I love training my biceps, and more specifically i love doing concentration curls. But as of late , i'm trying to build up my back to get that V-shape look.

Maybe my chest.. but overall i'm unhappy with all of them.. esp. my back and legs... I don't like to think I have a 'fav' this muscle and hate 'so and so' muscle because then it feels like i'm working my 'fav' muscle to its max and just going through the motions with the muscles I don't like nearly as much... So now I try and give equal attention to all of them.. (esp my legs.. these things don't shape up =/)

Hmmm funny how most of you really love to train the triceps..... I think the back comes next.

I like training my triceps as well. Triceps and abs.
I train my back hard, but since I got a weak lower back, I'm always a little afraid of hurting myself.....

Legs.. there is no bigger challenge then finish an all out leg day.. and for those of you whom train with intensity will agree.

I find I like training my biceps. I especially like doing the assisted pull up and hammer curls.

I love to train them all, I do not discriminate lol. But if I had to pick one, it would probably be shoulders because I get such a great over-all upper-body pump.

I'm kinda partial to my love muscle, but through extensive searches, I have yet to find any specific exercises to target it.
On occasion, I've been criticized of for my over concern with it's cleanliness. My feeling is...It's my muscle, and I'll wash it as fast as I want to!
