What methods of cardio training do you all do to get the best, fat-burning, calorie-blasting results??? Like, if you use treadmill, could you include your speeds, time, incline etc. I guess what I am asking is what do you all do for your cardio workouts to become cut, ripped and sleek? Thank you! (p.s. I already know about HIIT) Thanks!

I personally like the elliptical trainer. I usually put it on level 5 and keep my heartrate at about 130-145 for 1 hour. I also like the treadmill and put it at 15% incline for about 30 minutes and keep my heartrate at about 145-150 which is really easy on that much of an incline. I also run 3 days a week anywhere from 3-4 miles each day (don't really like it but I have to do it) and am at a pace where I can't really hold a conversation. You just have to experiment for what you like though. Everybody is different and what works for one might not work for another.

I like to change between different forms of cardio.... All machines etc who can keep up my heart rate.
If I always did the same, I would get too bored.....

I hate cardio, and thank GOD for HIIT where its only 20 minutes. I do a stationary bike for 20 mins with the HIIT training. Love it too. I feel very good after I am done, and I am pouring sweat afterward, and the great thing is that the calories continue to burn for the rest of the day.

The things that keep me motivated is my weight lose and muscle gains as well as the people here on this site. You have to want it to give yourself the self motivation. Also switch up your routines so that you don't get bored. It helps to have a workout partner, you are more inclined to actually do your workout if you know someone is depending on you.

Yeah I agree, that seeing the results just make me want to work that much harder. Also when I get stopped in the hallways here at work and get asked what I have done to loose the weight. That is great motivation.

What keeps me motivated is to see my muscles get more and more cut and defined. I love that.
