I am feeling your pain. I did a killer chest workout on Monday and come 48 hours later am still sore as hell!!!

Like they say no pain no gain jnellie, but be carefull you can over do it and a pull or strain a muscle and it can hurt like hell too just a different pain. I think that if you still hurt after 72 hours the same as you did at the begining you may have pulled or over did it.

I just finished a morning work out that I knoooow I'm gonna regret tomorrow morning..... Ai ai aiii, sore muscles are on their way.
Just drink a lot of water, eat your glutamine and protein and give your body a rest.
Yes, jnellie we cause micro traumas to our muscles by hurting them so they'll grow bigger and stronger.

my calf, and chest are soar, but a bearable saor, u should still eb able to function, just not as "fast", give it a day or 2,a dn it will go away,
Also, be sure to warm up well before, that can help on u not being as soar, as well as i think drink lots of OJ?, that can help as well. (helps in muscle repair)

I love that soreness feeling!!!! I strive to get it each time I go to lift. Do not worry like was said above unless you have really hurt it it should go away in a few days.
