do i have to keep losing weight to see my 6 pack i really can not afford to lose any more weight i still have some fat on my abs is it possible to lose fat and not lose weight....

I think so, but then at 300 I am not really a good choice for advice on weight loss LOL. It really comes to diet and cardio, try eating a little more clean if you can for a week and see what happens. Other than that just bike, run, walk or whatever and keep going!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

At this point Savage I would say to maybe try building some mass on those abs, then try cutting. What is your bf%?

Well that is what I am hoping. I have lost 25 lbs so far at this point I am not really worried about weight and BF%, that is for when I am down to 250 or so.

Hi Mutt I can relate I have dropped my bf by 3% I thought that was good jnellie you rock. your an insperation to every one congrats on the 40lbs.

thanks guys! I hate cardio as well but because I can not seem to find the time to do it right now. Between work working out and getting ready for our first child I am swamped!!! But I keep trying!

Well, Mutt you are on the right track. Just keep up what you are doing and you will be busy when th ebaby is born. It is great that you want to get into shape before the baby is born, you'll be able to do a lot more with more energy. Congradulations.
