just dead some major dead lifts is it normal for your legs to quiver after wards..........thanks........

OH yes it is. Other than squats dead lifts are the best exercise in the world for overall body buiding. keep it going, but remember to go slow with it cause they do take some time to get used to.

It seems my arms get alot more tired than my legs or back. I think I may need to use straps to help secure the bar.

My legs usually shake a little after a lot of squats or deadlifts.. but they haven't done that in months.. I wonder if they just got used to it or i'm just not adding on enough weight anymore..

I love that feeling!!! I find that after my shoulder day I have to tape my razor to my hand and swing it towards my face and hope to shave LOL
