So I wanted to ask you all this...what is better doing cardio right after lifting? Or doing it on the ays off to give it your all? I usually like to do it after lifting.
I don't recommend doing both back to back. I do cardio in the morning and weight train in the afternoon or evening so I am not too tired. I can't really do it on alternate days cause I do both 5-6 days a week so I just keep them seperated.
Yes the same here. I do weight training in the mornings and cardio in the night. Sometimes it's just cardio but then it's before breakfast when I wake up. It's better for you (and your body!) to do it seperately.
