just the 2nd week but boy i have trained my abs before but nothing like this program maybe you should give it a try...... |

I'm doing it. :) I'm on week one, second workout for the week is tomorrow. I was sore mostly in the lower abs. Daughter was sore in the obliques. -------------- pg *The prettygentleone isn't so gentle anymore! ^v^ |

that is great that your daughter is doing the exercises with you that must be great motivation for you and all i can say is God bless you for having six kids i have three and we have our hands full............... |

I have my hands, feet and HAIR full!!! LOL Plus, two of my daughters have taken up babysitting, so that adds a couple more kiddies to the mix. Whew... LOLShe's not as motivated as I am, I'm sorry to report. :( She complains a lot... They are good jnellie, if you stick to the diet as well. The most difficult part to show is the lower ab muscles (the "V") Here the body fat % has to be quite low..... Hi pg, finally a good news for us ladies lol It's actually easier for us (than for the men) to get a nice 6 pack. Why? Because our fat seems to stay on the thighs and bum (not really THAT great thou) and we loose easier the fat on our tummy. Hmmmmmm so wear a skirt but only a veeeery short T-shirt!!!!! (o: -------------- - Nina :o) La vie est toujours aussi belle..... |

well i just started the 4th week and it kicked my butt 4 sets of 15 crunches, leg raises,and seated twist and you say this gets harder yikes well bring it on...... |

Yep, as a veteran of this program I can say that this program kicks. Too bad I had a high bf% at the end of it. -------------- Practice does NOT make perfect. Perfect practice does. |
