What time do you guys workout? I mean lifting weights..not Cardio. I don't know when is best. Also I find myself getting pissed off at work if I'm going to be late to get to my workout. Am I crazy? I don't want to be like this. I want to be able to succeed at work and also stay in good shape. Please give suggestions.
Also if morning is something you guys do, what do u guys usually eat that early.

Thanks

I personally work out after work most days. I found that getting up early and working out made me too tired throughout the day.

In my case it depends on the amount of traveling I'm doing but I normally get to the gym later afternoons. I and start my day with oatmeal and protein powder whether I'm working out early or not. I switch to HIT when I'm on the road. Good workouts that don't take long and definitely do the job.

generally anywhere between 9pm and midnight. sometimes, though rare, at around 4pm.

I started to goto sleep earlier so I could wake up a little earlier and workout before I had to go anywhere.. that way I wouldn't be too tired through the day.. Since I don't worry about cardio I usually just wake up.. have some tea and oatmeal and then I workout.. and come back and go on with the day.. I try to avoid lifting in the afternoon because there are so many people there.. its like I have to wait in line for anymachine.. and I can't even see the freeweights rack because there are so many people around it... kinda sucks.. I usually get sick of that and leave.. I don't mind waiting a little bit for something.. but in the afternoon it feels like i'd spend an extra hour in the gym just waiting to get in on the stuff I want to use...

Between 5 and 9pm. I tried working out before work (5:30am) once...well, that's why I only did that once!

6:30-7:30am, 15-20 min of cardio 2-3x per week after lifting.

I go after work, between 4 and 5. I actually like it better in the morning only because I don't have to rush to get somewhere, like my job. I do understand getting upset when leaving work late. My schedule is kind of flexible right now, so if I oversleep that means I go in to work later which means I get to the gym later which means it'll probably be more crowded which sucks.

I go to gym around 2:30PM, right after school, I'm there for about 2 hours so right after I go eat a KICK ASS fat ASS meal , I love my routine. :)

And after supper , when its nice outside, I go biking for a good hour for some EXTRA cardio...

Also, personally I'm no expert but I don't think theres REALLY a best time to workout(weights), just make a routine that you'll REALLY like and eat well and sleep well.
