i have been married to the toilet seat the last 24 hours if you know what i mean i really do not feel like missing my work out but i have no energy what should i do........

Well, you can take the day off or do some light cardio (take a short walk, etc.). After being married that long, you sure you want a divorce? Ha, ha, ha!

defintely take the day off. if you're going that bad, there are two major problems: loss of a lots of fluids leading to dehydration. and loss of nutrients from lack of absorbtion.

tried to work out today could only do half of the workout very frustrating just did not have the energy.....i will try again tomorrow.....

I've been there. Make sure you're eating enough. I found that to be part of my problem.
