jnellie Posts: 924 Joined: 2002/02/24	2002/03/31, 05:07 PM went to my in laws for easter today wearing my size 32 pants thats right size 32 i have not worn that size in 20 years i have lost 4 inches and i am getting closer to that goal to see my abs i figure 2 more inches. everybody was asking me what i was doing to look so good cardio diet and weight training and of course the ab work and of course the motivation i get from the ft staff and all the wonderful people who give us all the motivation to work out i still have all alot of work to do and you guys make it alot easier just want to say thanks to everybody i have never felt this good or been in this shape in my life ...................
