What type of music keeps you going at the gym? For me, I listen to House/Deep House. Smooth rhythms, sweet Lyrics, with rolling basslines, and danceable beats. 125-130 BPM.

You know guys that I own a gym and geez sometimes it can be difficult to put on a music that everybody likes...... What I do is to turn on a music channel on the TV or Internet music then the music changes always and I don't have to change cd.....
What I need for a good work out? Something with a good rythm like Rolling Stones or Shania Twain or Janis Joplin or Pink Floyd or........

I have to have intense music for an intense workout. I never used to like really heavy stuff (like Rob Zombie, Slipknot, Disturbed, Godsmack, etc.), but now I have to have it on when I work out. I let it become part of my routine. There's nothing like violent, angry music to get you pumped up before you do heavy squats.
