Hello. my name is Jessica. I am 31 and am 139 pounds. My goal weight is between 125 and 130 but I'd rather be toned than weigh less. I don't have a lot of time in the day to workout with 3 kids so I'm looking for short but effective workouts. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi all, I'm Dave.

My goal is also to work towards a beach body through the loss of body fat and toning up. I need to be ready for May 1st! 
My gym schedule is:-  

I eat reather healthily consistting of an 80% vegetarian diet and a nutribullet every morning filled with fresh fruit/veg and spinach.
However, since mid October 2014 I have been lazy witht eh gym and eating alot of takeaways.

I am currently 184lbs @ 5'10" tall. I have relatively toned arms but gained quiyte a bit of body fat around the stomach/legs area over the last 4 or so months.

Hi everyone! After being off track for a month and getting back on, I FEEL like I've gained weight but the scale says I haven't. I dodged a bullet there. I'm at 154 lbs. This is my first weigh in here. :)

Just weighed in.  I am now at 153lbs.   That is one pound in two days.  That is pretty good. I am not starving, I am eating healthy and working out.  The only day I  didn't work out was Wednesday this week.  Well, I haven't worked out today either, but I wont be until after work .  Toodles. :-)

Hey everyone. I have been down this road before and I am beyond serious this time. I have always been heavier but in the past 3 years have lost 70 pounds (put me at 162lbs). however I have recently gotten into a relationship and have gained almost 30 lbs back and I am not ok with this. i have began eating a 1124 calorie diet and so far it is doing ok. I will be 30 in Feb. and for the first time in my adult life i want to have a "beach body" my goal right now is just the almost 30 lbs that I have gained but I forsee that goal changing to about 50 lbs. I have never been smaller then 160 lbs and it would be awesome to actually be smaller then that eventually. I take a picture of my weight and put it as the background on my phone so I remember everytime i look at it what I am working towards. When i started chaging the way i ate i was at 187.2 lbs, as of this morning (only 5 days later) I am 182.4 lbs. i NEED accountablility so thanks to everyone for offering it!

I'm new to this kind of thing. My over all goal is to get healthy and stay that way so that i have more energy for my kids and husband. I also want to join the military but don't want to just go in without a little bit of a headstart in the exercise department and i have always had trouble staying with a diet or workout so I'm giving this a try hoping it will work. My starting weight is 144.19 lbs.

Just joined the group. I am a very overwieght runner. My wieght today is 108kg. I want to get to 85<.
I will wiegh in every Monday and Friday. This will keep me honest over the weekend. I tend to eat to much over trne weekend.

Last week I weighed 148lbs. This week I am down to 146. I have been hitting the gym 4 days a week and watching every bite I eat. It hasn't been easy but I am bound and determined to have the beach body I have always dreamed of.

My name is Joel. Im 6'6" 282 pounds. I have been working out for the last week and a half and have lost 11 pounds .My goal is too weigh in at 230 pounds lean muscle. Any advice is much appreciated . Will weigh in every Monday and as often as possible. Thank you ! -Joel

Hello, I am a soon to be 46 year old woman who weighs 151. I joined the group hoping to find ways to keep myself motivated. Have recently quit smoking and also started working out at the gym with my 25 year old co-worker.I am wishing to just get in better shape all the way around.I have always ate fairly health but I have managed to let my portions get out of control. I am doing my best to get them back under control. I have also started snaking inbetween my smaller meals. i hope all of this combined will make a major difference in my life, how I feel, how I look and how I see myself. I would like to thank you for giving me a place to go to for support and helpful advice.

weight today 161- aim less than 126 any help appreciated find i see no change which makes me give up/ think i can eat whatever i want because of the gym but going to get back on it now

First time posting in here.....looks like nobody on here is really posting any more, but I am going to anyway since I think putting it out in the open will keep me on track.  Jordan here, want to lose weight for three main reasons.  1. Because it will make me healthier, 2.  My winter clothes don't fit this year (they are soooo close though) and 3. I am losing to more accurately play a character on stage.  I started at 250 pounds and worked on my own for a while before joining this group.  As my first official weigh in, I am currently at 235 pounds.  Feeling pretty good about that!  :)

First time posting so if its not read i wont feel too upset! 
I am sarah, 43 year old mum of two, working full time in the nhs. Reasons for losing weight? Diabetes. Too scared to be tested officially but at 13.5 stone and 5 foot 2, i know losing weight is a must. Also i hate wearing big clothes.  My guns and roses tshirts dont fit and my leather jacket doesnt fasten  up.
I start tomorrow with new healthy regime that will be my new way of life. Feeling nervous but needs must.
Onwards and upwards.

Hi there Jordan. Thank you and good luck to you. I cant say i am enjoying it yet, still shed loads of xmas food around but being careful at least.
Starting off easy, been on a 2 mile walk/jog with my little lad  on his new bike. Never realised  he would go so fast so quick! Hes now sleeping on the settee watching the minion movie whilst I'm  ironing  clothes. 
Keep up the good work mister, perhaps next week I'll  be enjoying this too xx

Second time weighing in on here!  Realized I need to get a better scale.  But, for now I'm stuck with the one I have.  Weighed in at 231 this morning!  Feeling pretty good about that!
