I was talking to my brother on the phone and I said I am tired because I overdid weight-training today being Friday to compensate the impending weekend non-activity. He said do whatever you do do not fall asleep or nap after excercise because it will make you gain weight! Is that true?!

no
gaining weight it totaly related to eating too many calories and not buring off. I fall alseep all the time after a hard workout.

Sleeping after training is excellent. Just make sure you're consuming some sort PWO nutrition before you nap.

Be careful who you listen to. Your brother is incorrect.
