Xrays show I fractured my Shoulder blade which baffles me, the doc and radiologist becuase all I did was climb a fence and get stuck.

No pain what so ever in the shoulder blade no matter what the do to it the pain is in the area at the end of the trap towards the shoulder but underneath not muscle or tendon.

He said I was ok to do lower body work and I said really I can put a barbell on my shoulder or deadlift off the ground he said no but the Nautilus Machines are fine by me, I don't know if I can suck in my pride to go do leg extensions.

To the Orthopedist tomorrow!

Less pain but still saddened pain at any given moment but we are on our way to being healed.

Today I was able to start back working on flexibility doing some IT Bands and Piriformis floor stretches and hold arm above head stretching hip flexors pain free.

I'm not 100% pain free yet but I will be returning on Thursday the 28th of this month which gives me about the 4 weeks off the doc said to take but keeping in mind the bone takes 6 weeks to heal.

I will return with new attitude one in which consists of not being a pussy anymore and start gearing up!

I have a starter squat/dead suit now it's time to look into a starter bench shirt but I can wait on the shirt until the 6 weeks of bone healing so that's 2 more weeks after I return and reason being is I don't want sudden movements of getting out of my groove effecting the shoulder blade that is broken.

Next 2 meets I have in mind to hit are both at Super Training in October and December!
