I'm limited for resources. I'm 14, and its upsetting.
I'm not fat by any means, but I'm at least 15 pounds overweight.
I want to get back into really good shape, but I'm very limited for resources, and I'm sort of clueless.
What should I be eating?
How many calories a day?
I'm 5'8 and weigh 160 pounds.
What, and how much should I be eating, and what fitness things should I be doing to lose weight?
Please don't generalize. I want very specific answers.
Any information or tips would be great.

You can figure this out on your own through very minimal research. The fact that you won't even do that leads me to believe that you won't stick to "very specific answers" that some may give you, such as: 2,000 calories per day (50% protein, 30% good fats, 20% carbs), 4 days per week working out with weights, and 2-3 days of cario/HIIT alternating each time. Again, just an example.
What do you do now? How many calories per day do you eat currently, how many meals is that over? Do you weight train or even do cardio currently?

You can't ask a general question and then ask for specific answers, especially when the principles of exercise and fitness are very general.

If you are limited and you are 15 can you really choose what you eat? If your mom or dad is really supportive, maybe.
try to get more regular physical activity - find activities you like, rollerblading, soccer, walking, running, basketball, bike riding, find a park with stairs and run stairs for 15 -20 minutes.
Do push-ups, go to the playground and do pull ups, do walking lunges, squats holding an object for weight...
eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, lots of whole grains, good fats like olive oil, avocado, and lean protein.
Avoid junk foods - chips, donuts, cookies, muffins, etc and choose whole wheat instead of white bread. Avoid sode like the plague, drink plenty of fresh water. Instead of drinking juice, eat whole fruits and drink water. Drink lowfat or skim milk....
If you go to mypyramid.gov (I think, google "personal food pyramid) it will give you a plan based on your age and nutrient requirements. At 15 you are still in for a few growth spurts, so it is important that you don't restrict your intake of healthy foods too much .
-------------- Argue for your limitations, and sure enough, they\'re yours.
