I'd like to think I can post here, although I need to update my photo.
You see, I've been working out for years, but I can never find what's right to do in-between sets.
I've sat around like a bump on a log, walked around and keep in a low activity zone, skipped the rest period all-together and did a different exercise, did cardio, and you name it.'
I'm very curious to hear your alls opinion on what the best thing to do is during your in-between sets periods.

I just sit and recover for the next set.

LOL. All of the above. Sometimes I even do plyo stuff inbetween.

Just depends on the day, the plan and the goals.

So it seems like I'm hearing that the best idea is to rest and not exert much energy to let your muscles regroup from the previous set.
Thanks for the advise!

Easy question...

If you're not lifting, you're dancing.

I like to do some kagels in between sets (This is where you flex your butt cheeks) and about every five seconds I do a couple hip thrusts. It passes the time.
