I am 25 yrs. old 6 foot 2 and I weigh around 260 lbs. I have a lot of muscle on my body especially my chest and arms. I have what I like to call a gut unfortunanetly and it seems like as much cardio as I have been doing nothing is seeming to help. I basically eat tuna, fish, grilled chicken, vegetables, and water lots of water everyday. I am trying to shed down to around 210 or so. I run every other day 2 miles, eliptical for 30 minutes the other days. I weight train 4 times a week, benching over 250 for chest, over 45 lbs per arm on curls, I just need to shed this layer of fat off of me. Any expert advice to help me break through this wall?? I can't figure out is wrong, i eat clean, dont drink, work out like a machine, I know my thyroid is fine because i had a test done last year about it. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you.

probably around 2000 or so----that right there is the issue. I thought I was taking in 2500-3000. Once I counted and kept track I realized it was closer to 5000 and up.....I suggest you keep a food diary for a few days to a week. Be honest count it all and see what the calories are comng from and what they are. I bet it is more than you think.
