I would personally read the older articles on t-nation.com about strength training and nutrition. cressey, robertson, tate, berardi, cosgrove, etc. bodybuilding.com has some good advice in their FAQ especially in S/P forum(i'd avoid most other forums).....deepsquatter.com.....deiselcrew.com.....gripboard.com

Personally there are about 2 pages in Mens Fitness worth reading where they get some CSCS to chime in with some actual strength training advice. Otherwise it sucks.

Mens Health has occassional interesting bits and pieces though their trainign advice sucks mostly.

M/F, Flex, bodybuilding mags < toilet paper....not quite nearly as soft, and you get color from the ink imprinted on the skin...:_

I like T-nation...berardi is good too...

im careful with BB.com as well..gotta filter through the BS...dave draper..thibsystem.com isnt too bad..good articles on varies exercise variations..

just take it all with a *grain of salt*...everyone has an opinion...

and remember..just because something may be an *old school* theory..it still works :p
