I was a little excited last night. I improved my bench press by 20 lbs in the 1st month :)

Got to find motivation in the small things sometimes!!

Thanks guys. This is about as serious as I have ever gotten with weightlifting, so I am unsure as to what is good and what isn't!!

I just went out today and got Omega 3, Flaxseed oil, and a digestive enzyme. I want to continue with the results and improvements, so trying to help my body out whatever way I can :)
