I made it to the 10 lb lost pleateu!!! For me that is HUGE since this is the 1st time I have ever tried to lose weight! And I am more impressed by this because I started the weight training approx. 3 weeks ago. I know I am adding muscle because it is PRETTY visually evident, which means I am burning ALOT of fat to maintain losing weight!!

Still have 10-20 lbs to go!!

nice job i know how diets can be (see food diet is mine right now)
