Not sure about the seashells by the seashore though...that's a tough one....

ATIGER Posts: 992 Joined: 2003/02/26	2006/11/08, 02:51 PM The answer would be 215.22 lbs if your lean muscle stays the same - 240 x .20 = 48 lbs : 240 - 48 = 198 lbs of lean muscle,etc. : to be at 8% bodyfat would mean that 198lbs is 92% of your weight so 198/.92 = 215.22 lbs to test that answer out - 215.22lb x 8% bf = 17.22 lbs : 215.22 lbs - 17.22lbs = 198 lbs - right where you started see if that makes sense
