Hi everyone, I recently stopped my "starve yourself diet" and am now trying to focus on a healthier diet. I'd like to know whether it is too low or high in anything such as protein, fat etc. I am also going for a 5 to 15 minute run most afternoons and go to the gym once or twice a week, plus I do situps and push ups each day.
BREAKFAST: mango pieces with natural yoghurt
LUNCH: madium chicken salad with ceaser dressing
DINNER: stirfry with brown noodles, broccoli, carrots, capsicum and either chicken, steak, or fish
SNACKS: apple or orange
I'd like to know your oppinion, from Jasmine:)

Not enough food, not enough protein.
Look into the abs diet your workout buddy suggested, it is a pretty good plan.

-------------- When I consider the short duration of my life, swallowed up in the eternity before and after, the little space which I fill and even can see, engulfed in the infinite immensity of spaces of which I am ignorant and which know me not, I am frightened and am astonished at being here rather than there; for there is no reason why here rather than there, why now rather than then. Who has put me here? By whose order and direction have this place and time been allotted to me? The eternal silence of these infinite spaces frightens me.
