And while im ill i can only lift half that weight...weird. Advise me experts  :p

I believe that flu like symptoms are a sign of over training...I was reading another post of yours where you said you no longer feel the pump...I believe this could be another sign of over training..I am by no means an expert..but I think your body may be telling you to give it a break....but we'll have to wait and see what the real experts have to say...
I was just practicing for halloween!!

I dont think I've ever felt a pump. Does this mean that life has me overtrained? lol

Yea, I've felt that way. Not a result of the weight being heavy, you're just probably going a little to intense. Yes it can be a sign of overtraining, but more than likely, you aren't eating enough...

i think it would make sense that you could get ill while overtraining simply because your breaking your body down too much and it wants to repair itself, and then something like a mild cold could possibly sneak its way in since your whole body is essentially "weaker".

that is just my .02

Going heavy weakens your body(in this weakened state a cold/flu can really knock you off your feet)....and can lead to overtraining if you dont watch yourself closely(....however it shouldnt be a problem after you've adjusted to this type of training...

try supplementing with vitamin C, zinc, magnesium, fish oil, creatine to help recover....

Well I'm still hoping to hit puberty one day. Then I can grow a goatee and shave my head like Dave Tate...

...some day...

When I consider the short duration of my life, swallowed up in the eternity before and after, the little space which I fill and even can see, engulfed in the infinite immensity of spaces of which I am ignorant and which know me not, I am frightened and am astonished at being here rather than there; for there is no reason why here rather than there, why now rather than then. Who has put me here? By whose order and direction have this place and time been allotted to me? The eternal silence of these infinite spaces frightens me.
