Great idea reddy!!!!!All of you out there making posts about how to lose weight...this is how...look great by christmas...where that cute little black dress to the company christmas party...or for you guys...well I don't know what you guys would want to wear...but this is great!!!!Go sign UP NOW!!!!!!!

as for the guys - a tight t-shirt & jeans usually works great but then anything can look great if you don't have the fat:love:

bump....'cmon...gotta be more than 2 of you out there!!!There is a bunch of us doing this in the pro forum...you will have all the encouragement you can stand.And it's fun!!!!Amy is the best...you'll learn alot of new things...by the end of this you will be a new you...Amy is starting this on monday...check out the challenge thread in the obesity forum...

Just to clarify - this will be abeginner level challenge - I will still be sure you are working hard enough, and you should see results by the end, but it is a beginner level challenge.
If you want to sign up you need to go to the Obesity and Overweight forum and post your username in the Official guided fat loss challenge post, then send me your stats. Read the Official Guided fat-loss challenge post, the guided fat loss challenge food post and the guided fat loss workout posts. I will be posting more details before Monday so everyone will have their eating plan and workout routine set up before Monday.

Asimmer I love the workout it seems to hit everything in one workout. The cardio is HITT?? right, except for saturday.

just one session is HIIT, thursdays are moderate inetensity, longer duration.

Hi jasmine....if you look in the overweight and obesity forum there is a list of what is good to eat...and what your exercise plan should look like.There are various "challenge" listed there....BUT,the challenge has already started...but we are always willing to motivate and answer any questions...so you could still do the challenge...and compete with yourself!!Great stuff there...I hope you get a chance to read them....they are all posted by asimmer.

Yep - guided fat loss challenge - check the otehr forum for the different posts - join in, there are only two people doing it, I am sure they would love the company.
