I'm thinking barbell pull-over's might work. The experts may have a better idea though.

Well I have only ever felt pullovers in my chest but you can use them for lats DB rows hit that area most for me.

I agree with the rows. You could even do them single arm with DB, both arms DB or with your barbell. Just really focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together. BTW, even if you had a bar at home, chins are really tough to do...I'm still working on doing 1 rep unassisted:surprised:

Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.

sorry, you posted before I did. Are your rows bent over or seated?

They are bent over on a bench...glad you told me it was difficult...woulda felt really silly trying to do one and couldn't!

So do you think 2 sets of the same exercise to replace the chin ups??

If you are talking about chin-ups I don't think there is a replacement exercise in my opinion. There is a bar you can buy for your home. I'm sure it is cheap it's just a bar that goes between your door frame like your bedroom or any door. Most Korean people have one in their homes but they don't use them for exercising they use them to hang clothes on but they are made for chin-ups.
