hi,
I have been working since 2 years but have not done much of dips during these period. I mainly do bench press (incline, decline and flat), dumbell fly ,dumbell press etc.
I am planning to make changes on my chest workout
1) normal as above
2) dips 500 or more ( how much I can complete in 1 to 1and half hour)
please advise if this is proper

only doing 500 dips would help

by only 500 dips I meant that I wont be doing any other item on that particular day but do only dips.

I don't think you will find anyone on this site who would recommend that. Instead of 500, try 3-4 sets of 8-10 with a 25 pound weight between your legs. 5oo will lead to overtraining very quickly imo.

I was right about why u dont see results...
that's a horrible way to train....on par with a million sit ups and push ups...

Bisleri, I would like to make a suggestion that you do a whole lot less posting on this board for a while, and start reading what others are saying in other posts. I understand that you are new and curious, and this is good, but try reading other posts for a while and see what you learn.

Quoting from bisleri:
I have heard that working chest and tricep on the same day leads to size reduction of the arms. Is it true.
