Okay so I'm 16 y.o, 5'7" and 135 lbs. I really want to lose about 15 lbs at least before June 19th and REALLY tone up for swimsuit season. So if any professionals in here will be so kind as to help me find a good exercise and diet schedule I should follow and see results, I would be eternally greatful! Thanks so much!

You are on a site that has tons of plans. Just choose one and follow it. There is no magic out there, but choose a plan, stick with it and you will see results. A "diet" by itself will not give you that lean hard toned look, and is doomed to fail. A lifestyle change is what works.

The same thought crossed my mind..5'7 and 135 is not overweight. A good wt training program will help tone those already beautiful bodies I'm sure! I can't magine what 5'7 and 120lbs would look like--seems pretty thin to me!!
