i only sweat when for cardio, my heartrate is in the fatburning zone, which is around 150. While working out though, you'll sweat less if you take longer breaks in between your sets. i usually wait bout 60 seconds, when im not lifting all out heavy, and i sweat like a pig.

You might try drinking more water and see if that helps. Some people just don't sweat as much as others though. I don't sweat much either when I work out. It just depends on your body.

If your not sweating during your workout...your not working out hard enough, plain and simple.

Check your heart rate while working out. If you're in your target zone, your doing it right. Everyone is different when it comes to sweat. I sweat a lot during cardio, not as much when I weight train. Clothing and air temp also makes a difference.
-------------- Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.

I wish I didn't sweat so much when working out. 8 min. into my cardio warm up I start dripping and don't stop until the end of my cool off stretching, so I constantly have to wipe my forehead:surprised: but at least it lets me know that I'm working hard:big_smile:

Yea when i'm in the gym lifing by the time i'm done my shirt is competely covered in the front and back. I see others (well built so they must be doing something right) who hardly sweat at all. I'm beginning to think it must have to do with one's own personal chemistry.

Does this mean that you are sure that supekelsey21 does not workout hard enough?

Just curious if your initial statement was in response to superkelsey21's question, or if you were simply making a general statement about a different situation. That's all. :)
