depends on how 'expieranced" you are..
only trap work i get is from deadlifts....and cheerleading.

Deadlift and clean. I have appreciable traps, even for a lightweight, and that is all I do.
Besides that, I do very little "direct" work.

Doing some shrugs in between sets here and there is easy if you don't want to dedicate a lot of time to them.

if your really worried bout it just do a shrug at the top of your deadlifts or something. but they should get plenty of work during cleans/deadlifts as is.
