Last meal of the day

I currently I have increased the number of meals I take daily and everything is going smoothly, except I have one major proble. What should the last meal of the day consist of and how many hours before you go to sleep should it be taken? Thanks in advance, rich.

If you are in an energy deficit, eat! Protein, carbs(make them clean), and good fats if you want. It will not go to fat if the body needs it.

There is no "magic" hour where everything you eat goes to fat. :)
