Ok kids, I am taking the gloves off. I have 3-4 months to make the next goal I have set....loose 40lbs and as close to 14% bf I can get to. I work better when challenged...so if there is some one out there tough enough to take the Mutt Challenge sign up now. I want people that will force me to get the cardio done and eat the right things. How you ask? By posting your cardio diet etc.....that will fuel my workouts and help force me to do more. You must post your measurements taken by this Sat. Then every month we will post them again to see who is winning. The winner gets bragging rights here at FT....anyone Mutt enough to take me?

Ummm. This sounds like fun - can girls play too? I will do it, I am supposedly cycling it in for a show in June (though I haven't committed fully) but this sounds like it would help me stay on track - a challenge always helps. Do we have to post our stats? What all stats?
Weight, of course, Body composition, measurements?
What about current bench and squat and all that? Are we talking strength gains as well as bodyfat reduction? Or is that too contradictory?
By the way - will the winner be one bad Mutter?

The stats are related to bf loss and weight loss but we can modify it however we need to. I was thinking that the person that had the best diet, the most cardio and the most over all weight/bf loss would be winners 3 catagories? Anyway we could also require a before and after pic, and the measuremenst are: neck, chest, arm, waist, thigh. And yes girls can play......and heck yeah MUTT will win!!!!!

Man Mutt, I wish you would have made this post/challenge about 3 months ago. I sure would have been in it! It may have really helped motivate me for my last contest. I feel I would be at disadvatage to you right now due to the fact that I can't get too much lower bodyfat right now, just maintaining till May. I would be lucky and will be lucky to drop 1 more percent(which I hope I do). But I wish you and all who challenge all the best. It is a great idea, and should be a great motivator for all who care to participate.

well you know RW can't possibly do it without his better half, ME!!!! LOL Count me in guys and gals, even though i am not looking to compete in shos, i am looking to losing lots more fat and trimming my thick waist down again!!

Let me know where to post that stats.. i am reluctant to put up before photos, I have no excuse for how big I am right now, except that i rebounded after my show and have put on 10 lbs of mass. i wouldn't mind posting the before and after photos at the end, though.
I measure chest, waist, hips, Biceps. forearms, thighs and calves, i will add neck now.
I am ready to post my stats and excited to have something to motivate me, other than that show which is lurking in the back of my mind.
Maybe we should post a 'Beginning stats post for each person, and then have posts where we all check in our daily activity and eating ?
Some one take the reins and firgure it out.

If I may throw out an idea, a weekly post in this forum under a heading like fat loss competition may be a good idea. Once per week, on the same day, same time, would be a good way to really measure your progress and make posts...does this sound feasible? How about 4 measurements, chest, waist, biceps, and thighs, and of course bodyweight/bf%. Just some ideas...sure others will have some input. You could use the moderators as judges so it should be unbiased.
