Oh yeah. Last friday I ran 3.5 km .. managed to do it in 23 minutes... Not the greatest but i was happy with myself for that time. But last night me and a friend ran we modified the route a bit and made it 3.5 km. Well he must have been one good motivator for me because we did the route in 20 minutes exact and we even made the route longer.. I am so pumped. . I can't wait to run again .. and see if we can beat that time.

Great job. It always helps to have someone there to puch you. It seems to make it harder to let someone else down instead of just yourself. Keep up the great work.

I did 5.5k yesterday.... and I do that twice a week. Running slower of faster depending on the person I run with but it's definitely more fun to run with somebody than all by yourself. Gives a lot more motivation. Great job Perrin!!!

Tonight we might run again .. I'm hoping for a faster time today, but I'll be glad with keeping it at 20 min with fewer stops to walk.

Well guys i have a confession to make... Me and Rob ran the route again today. And we did it in 28 minutes. We both agreed we mis calculated the time we did 2 days ago.
But the good news is, we are both absolutely confident that we beat our time from 2 days ago by 2 minutes. We now beleive it was more like 30 minutes on Tuesday. And 28 minutes today .. If we can get a 2 minute gain every second day that be awesome, but I think for a little while we will be close to 28 to 30 minutes for a while yet. But We will definetly be trying.

And sorry again for the misleading post.
