Alright. I want big biceps, but I'm working out at home. I only have dumbells and can only think of the one excerise for biceps(can curls) with these. Can anyone suggest any other excercises I can use to help get big biceps? Cheers.

unless you have some big cans....then your gonna have to get some dumbells.

but heres 3 other points....

1. How much do you weigh?......big guns are on big guys....not skinny ones. Good rule is for every inch you want on your arms, you need about 10lb gained over all. Big guys have big chest, back shoulders...and even legs.

2. triceps are 60% of your arm....and make it look big even unflexed, so unles you hit a bicep pose ever 2 secs.....work the triceps more.

3. To gain good solid weight.....you need a good solid diet.....the 1st 2 "points" don't matter unless number 3 is met.......

He said that he DOES have dumbells, I think he meant "concentration" curls.

Yep, do alternating standing curls, and if you have a bench that inclines, seated incline curls(these are excellent), and for sure seated and standing hammer curls.

Of course I am sure you are well aware that no matter how many curls you do, you need to work the rest of your body. The bicep will not just magically grow "huge" no matter what you do.

You have to proportionally train, besides, it is much better for you.

I have said it before and will say it again. Train your back as well for big arms!

I find doing 21's very helpful on building the biceps. That is curling half way 7 times, then from there 7 times the rest of the way, then 7 reps full motion.

Oranges, Bananas...?

21's are where you curl the weight halfway through the full range of motion for 7 repetitions, then from the halfway point, curl the weight through the rest of the full range and back to the halfway position for 7 more reps (you're at 14 now) and once you're done with that, do 7 reps of the full range of motion. That would be 21 repetitions. Do a search about them on fitbuddy. I personally don't like to do them, but you might.
