Ah I never realized bb1fit was such a well liked individual on this board. Ever since I posted a message to him it seems as if there has been much turmoil, many people seem to be upset with me for this reason. Just out of curiousity, a few people suggested for me to leave the board. I am wondering who all would like me to leave, if there are 10 people who want me to leave I will gladly leave. There is no point in posting advice if everyone dislikes you because they wont listen to you anyways. Just a question.

I was one who suggested that you leave if you couldn't behave. It was because you posted this
Quote from erebus "I have done my homework for 2 years bb1fit, now I am checking over that homework on this and other forums. I find it funny when people like you overrun the boards and try to act like they are the smartest person around. Believe it or not, we are not all lesser beings waiting to be enlightened by your knowledge. " Now you move to another board with this post where nobody has a clue what you're talking about. I stand by what I said. If you can't behave, then leave. Also you dispense advice that suggests you're some kind of trainer. You have no profile and the members online page gives your age as 15. Not much credibility there. It's safe to say that 99% of the members feel very lucky to have BB1 to help us. As I said in the other post he does this for free and has helped me and countless others improve our health and state of fitness greatly. I don't care if you stay or go. If you behave you're welcome here. If not you'll be banned anyway. It's up to you. You should have asked this in the supplement board under your post about 'anti esteogen and water retention' where the folks you ask to vote could read the discussion in context. As far as anybody here can know, you're a 15 year old who is a very experienced personal trainer. All of us here know who BB1 is.Say hey to Jamie Lee for me. Just an answer. -------------- Dyslexics of the world...UNTIE!!!!!! Charlie | |

I'd prefer if you stay. If that was the only incident, I know some people forget to think when they write. I'm sure it wont happen again.

Erubus...I've been where you are before...come in and make an a$$ of yourself and then find your way out the door. Then say "wow...I screwed that up!" I'm gonna guess most of us have in some situation or another.
If bb1 agrees, I say hang around...act a bit more mature and have an open mind and don't get offended if people question your advise. I'm new but I try to give advise that I've learned on here. Sometimes it's right and sometimes it might be wrong...but I try to help and give back what I've learned and welcome anyone to correct me if I post something incorrect. Give it a shot...being humbled never killed anyone. BB1 has been around a while and has gained and given a lot of knowledge. He gives it willingly and we all appreciate his service. So if you want to attack him then expect the wrath from those of us that have learned a ton from him and hope to learn a ton more. If you get the urge to question him or anyone else...then feel free...however you'll get a lot further if you change your approach. |

Erebus just stay bro!! You have to realize people arent always going to go about giving you information in the nicest of ways! I for one, just about joined this board and retreated very quickly as well. The guy i had a problem with Charlie826 must have been having a bad day or he just doesnt care for new members. Stay awhile ask some more questions/read about others and in the end youll find this site very useful aside from the smart-ass comments posted here and there. In fact Ive learned a lot about lifting from guys especially like BB1fit and menace and if it wasnt for them i would have probably left a long time ago.

(Thanks, Charlie, for the reference, and for your well stated response.)
I think sstump1 said it well also. Most people have made a statement before thinking. Maybe not on this site, but certainly somewhere in their lives. We're all human. It's just one of those things. It's a matter of learning to think first. Personally I AM an lesser being who wants to be enlightened by all other FT member (experienced and beginner alike) as you never know who's going to have that little bit of advise that really works for you! In fact I'd be honoured to have bb1 comment on my posts!! Oh - and FYI - a simple apology can go a long way. That'd be my recommendation: admit that you're human, apologize and stick around. Cut the "well - if everyone want's me to leave" act. Arrogance and self-righteousness will get you nowhere. Sorry - now I'm playing into the game as well. SEE! Human nature at it's worst! I don't know you and have no right to critisize an honest error. The question is - was it an honest error or do you still feel justified in your attack on bb1? As Charlie said, attacking the experienced and educated members of FT will only serve to set youself up for the wrath of other members who look up to the particular member. Whether or not you elect to stick around is completely up to you. |

I know nitpicking is probably unhelpful, but I want to state for the record that when I first joined here, Charlie was the first person to make me feel welcome. I know for a fact that he has helped a lot of new members, although he often does it by IM, so it's not so obvious.
