This goes out to all members new and old! We want to foster a healthly site for disscussion on all topics realted to fitness. While some are new topics for the most part others are very well talked about and posted on. Please try to search and find the answers using fitbuddy, but if you do find a post that covers your topic read it and then if you have a question post. Members please remeber that the new ones are unsure and at most a little intiminated to post here. So to them pulling up a 2 year old post is easier then trying to write one on their own. Lest help them and not jump on them for opening a "dead" post. Now this is not a free reign to needlessly open older post just for the hell of it. But lets try to be more understanding. OK?

There is only one way... to get anybody to do anything. And that is by making the other person want to do it.

Glad I found this. I've been looking all over to find the "rules" and "etiquette" posts scattered throughout the boards by the administrators/moderators. (Hmmm ... I looked all over for that "Forum Help" Board.) I tried "Go to Forum Help" option and get the skinny on what I should know, found myself surfing in the entire site; got it though.

Guilty (?? I'll own it) Newbie here, as charged! Opened a "dead" post, not knowing it was dead (another poster just before me posted on the same thread today); then I saw that the "original" post was very old <whoops> even though I replied after a post that was posted today. (I took my scolding well though, LOL) Even though I did not find the topic elsewhere. (I'll just sidestep that pothole.)

I also don't know where to post this question; my age shows 38 but I'm 39 ... however, my birthdate is entered correctly. I'll remain 38 though, if that's what the board wants.

For some reason the quote option didn't work...

In the FAQs forum I posted the community rules, i am sure of it...

Take that 38 and run with it, may you be 38 for the next 10 years!
