That may be one of the last places you lose fat - just keep working at it

if you lost a lot of weight very fast, yuor skin may have lost some of it's elastic capability....so in some cases you might need to have the extra skin surgically removed...

I can help you here. man boobs and tumy fat are the last places to lose and the first to go back on in a man. this fat is preserved because it is not just usefull as energy it is used for protection of our important organs but it does go eventually. There is most likely a layer on your liver aswell and on your kidneys.

We carry this fat all of our lives but when we put on weight we enlarge the cells and they stay enlarged.

gynecomastia (man boobs) are a problem for some. like the others said they are a problem and can be difficult to get rid of. i hear some need to be surgically removed but most can be worked off. here is a link for more info.

You can't spot reduce body fat, its a myth. What you can do is fill out body parts with muscle. Push ups may help you build a little mucsle in your chest, but if you want some serious results hit the bench.

Do push ups for a warm up for two sets of 15 then hit the bench for four of five sets of twelve or ten reps, then do dumbbell flys for three or four sets of ten.
