What's your favorite exercise?

2004/10/14, 06:02 AM
For me it used to be bench press or incline dumbell flyes....But not anymore..I got so addicted to deadlifts...I can't explain it...I get natural high from them...The feeling of fighting for the last rep is like nothing else I have experienced...in other lifts I don't expend nearly as much effort ...I also think it's a lot safer than other lifts, where I am not gonna be pinned under the weight if I mess up...sex or deadlifts? pretty close :)

and yes, i can relate to those articals.

I found a new favorit excersise to do in the gym, stumbling down two flights of stairs after leg day!

SQUATS-ALL. Core exercises like these that work many muscle groups and send testosterone through the roof.

squat..well its not exactly my favorite, but i get alot out of it. if i had my choice to do that or something else, it would be power clean. the next best full body workout in my mind next to dead lift.
