I would like to post an apology to anyone who has sent me emails that are quite involved, like setting up diets, workouts,etc. My time has been very scarce, working overtime, farther drives to work and gym, and other factors involved. I have time to answer quick emails, but have not had time to go into long more drawn out replies. So, please accept my apologies anyone who has been waiting for a reply. If you check the boards, you will most likely find your answer anyway.

Yes - and you can find very good programs under the fitness resources section!

Hey, asimmer, what do you have going - an upcoming competition, I know you've been posting your daily eats, but wasn't sure if you have competed already or not?? Good luck to you, I'm tellin' you, every time I see your post and your pic I get inspiration, I'm not planning on getting into competitions, but I want to go full board healthy and you are the epitimy of success, as is bbt1fit, and so many others that take the time to help us on the road to being fit!
