Just checking in to see how everyone is doing on the may goals and their competition training, I know some of you guys have something going on.
My goal is to trim down and keep my muscle as I am training to box as an amatuer and have 5 fights under my belt before the end of the year as an amatuer and step in the ring before the summer is up...But now I am just getting myself in shape..
I've sparred for 15 rounds 3 minute rounds and didnt gas out! (Since I will only be boxing for 3-4 1 minute rounds that is pretty impressive)
Im running a trail full of different areas of land and it is 2 miles finished that off in about 25 minutes (not to shabby I dont think) *It's even got the stairs like on rocky and yes I put my hands up*
Thats about it really....How's everyone else coming along?

I have kind of plateau'd at 190lbs as well, I am very happy with the Gains I've made since starting mind you, I've lost inches on my Gut, added Strength everywhere, and I continue to do a complete body workout (meaning I do legs and Abs everyweek) I hit the gym 4x's a week, and I've started playing in a Summer Hockey league, So I get 50 min of Cardio 2x's a week. My cardio and Diet has slipped in the last say 2-3 weeks, and That is why I have kind of plateau'd at 190 for the last few weeks, but I intend to do 4-5 Cardio session in the AM next week, as my schedule allows for it, and I have a few days off work the following week, So I am hoping to get back on track with Cardio..and Hopefully lean out abit more :dumbbell:

I doing well. I've stuck to my lifting plan. I'm up on the weight I can lift down on the weight I carry around my waist. I'm at 190 also but I'm still losing size around waist. One belt notch in the last 2 weeks. Feeling great.

I maxed out at like 205 the other day. The problem is, once I do that much, I can't do it again. It sucks. My incline, I rep 135, not that much, but I don't go for max. on incline. Decline is still around 175. Squats and deads are still low. I am trying to perfect the form. And oh, by the way...Did I mention I fit into a 32/32 pair of pants the other day.
