me too Anni, I am mostly very negative except my abdomen, knees and ankles??

But I am working on getting gains in my scrawny little arms and reducing the overall bf%.. hopefully it can get that calculation right based on the changes over the 2 months.

We want pictures in your workout gear.
We want pictures front and rear,
We want pictures from far and near,
We want pictures ear to ear.

Ummm.. mybodycomp.com says that my entire body is too small, all minuses, except for my chest which it says is too big. That can't be right...

Mybodycomp.com is only a tool. It is not accurate for measuring body fat. Only body fat calipers are accurate but everyone doesn't have those. We are using mybodycomp.com because everybody has access. The numbers will atleast be consistant and the measurements will be dead bang. DON'T PANIC WHEN YOUR BF% SEEMS REALLY HIGH!!!!!!

Im glad you said that, cuz I thought it was just me. I got really depressed when I used it. Plus it told me my wrists and ankles were too small for the rest of my measurements....????

I liked this site. I found that for the average joe in the street I'm not as out of shape as I perceive.
I too have small calfs, wrists, forearm with slightly small hips and thighs. Larger shoulders and chest than I thought. But oh dear what can I do about the waist line????
The waist and the body fat calculation of nearly 19% wasn't half as bad as I thought. It was true to the electric scale I've got.

So I'm happy with it and will learn from it to perceive my shape as being for my overall size and shape- a little assed, wide shouldered , slim legged and chesty adonis.

out of shape ANNI313.. Yeh can we have a picture of this abnormality and some stats in inches? I think some of the lads here could do a study for you, on what we could do with that out of shape enlarged chest. To be out of proportion like that must make you a very popular girl?

This past weekend I found a really nice tape measure at Osco's. It is attached to a little mechanism that holds the tape for you so you can do your own measurements easier and more accurately. It is called MyoTape and was with the supplements.

Azredhead57, I about ran for the refrigerator to eat the contents when I saw my bf% as it made me want to give up right there, but then I reconsidered seeing nothing but milk and raw hamburger...seriously, it was disturbing and too high or not, I know I am full of fat. I guess I will have to deal with it in a more productive manner!

My wrists, though, are fine, I think. It seems the fat couldn't fit there.

We don't have an Osco's around, but I know I had terribly difficulty measuring myself and didn't dare ask my husband -it was bad enough when I BEGGED the nurse and doctor to NOT say my weight aloud when my hubby went to one of my "is the cancer back" checkups with me, he even stepped aside when they weighed me, but NOOOOO, the doctor about hollered it loud enough to wake those sleeping in the waiting room. I nearly died and would of if I hadn't had visions of people trying to carry my casket and not being able to life me. Anyway, I will have to look for one of those doohickies elsewhere, I'll do an online search. I should also look for a caliper or something more precise in the bf%.

I haven't tried it yet, but as I sat here thinking, a paperclip may do the same thing.

hmmmm, the BF % it gave me was pretty much bang on. Its the % I guessed myself at, % the BF caliper gave me and same for the site. I did measure myself whilst full up so I'll try measure my wasit another time. It appears my ankles are way too skinny (as I have been whining about all along), my arms need work but surprisingly enough, shoulders are highest.
