What are jammers? My favorite is a yoga move called the plank to work your abs.

Jammers can be done on a squat machine sometimes. They are sort of like power cleans but the weight stays on your shoulders. First the weight is on your shoulders with in a squat position, then the legs are extended all the way to your toes from there push up with your arms till they are straight. Confusing I know sorry.

There is only one movement that I look forward to doing. That would be the DEADLIFT.

we call jammers in the south, behind the neck squat presses......I have never seen a smith machine tal enough to do this excercise though..........but I love deadlifts, and box deadlifts..........squats are next....then power cleans-------------- .......adversity causes some to break, but others to break records! ......minds are not vessles to be filled, but fires to be enlightened ......Confucious once said ,DO NOT play leap frog with a unicorn |

I like doing weighted dips. Like Jsom said, it kinda gives you that instant satisfaction. But mostly anything that involves triceps I wish I could do every day.

my favorite? never thought of it. I guess maybe the Cable Curl w/straight bar cuz I can really push myself to lift heavier or get an extra rep each time. for chest it's decline chest press. the worst?...squats and leg extensions. those really kill my legs for some reason.

Crunches all the way. In boot I told my DI that I could do 140 in 2 minutes. He laughed of course, then grabbed my XO to laugh at me together. My XO told me that he can't even do that and it can't be done (of course it must be impossible if he couldn't do it).
I did 160 in 2 minutes. Nicest thing my DI ever said to me.... "Wow White, good job, now get the F### out of my face!". LOL |
