How far can you stretch?

i can touch wall and hold for bout 5 minutes,you can do same excercise standing and placing palms on floor remember not to bend legs

I can put my palms on the wall and to the floor, no problem! Couldn't do that a year ago...thank you Pilates and DL's!

fingertips for me, but my leg day didn't help, maybe I'll try alittle later in the week. doubt the palms will make it though.

After having someone push me until my legs were screaming at me, I barely scraped the wall with my fingertips. Talk about hamstrings being super TIGHT!
