Hi everyone.. I am a little down, because I have been eating right and exercizing for the past week or so(Just starting back on track).. But this morning I woke up very late for work and did not have a chance to pack my usual days worth of food (breakfast, lunch and snacks).. So upon arriving at work I realized that there was nothing here but the junk I have been trying so desperatley to avoid.. So foolishly I just had a cup of coffee.. Then finally I couldn't take it anymore and ended up getting a grilled chicken sandwich, small fries and a diet coke from McDonald's.. Now I feel guilty that I may have thrown myself out of whack.. I am still going to the gym tonight and gonna run my ass off on the treadmill, but I still feel kind of bad.. Is this kind of thing normal? Or am I beating myself up for nothing?

Stop beating yourself up - I would go alittle more on the treadmill - Hey you didn't supersize it so congrats on that. The grill chicken is alot better choice than the Big Mac & you had the Diet coke - I still can't get away from the reg Dr Peppers

Thanks Reddy! Appreciate the support! I am gonna spend some extra time with treadmill tonite along with my weight training so hopefully I can just move on.. I was just thinking that you're right about the meal itself.. It could have been a lot worse considering how hungry I was..

We all fall off the wagon once in a while... I love pizza and beer... a bit of a weakness for that, but get that motiviation back, don't feel guilty and add a bit extra to the work out like mentioned above... sometimes food like that is just too good to pass up...! Moderation and common sense and being realistic is the key...
Now, where's the chocolate cheesecake?
