Just thought I would post while I was still stoked, did 100 lb. dumbbell benches today for the first time in probably 4 years! Was so cool! Been dieting for so long, forgot how that felt.

Thanks, and I might mention that this lift was AFTER doing inclines and declines first, which I also set new "records" on.

Ron, All I thought I could do after 50 was tone and try not to lose it too quickly. You dispell the myth and are a great example and inspiration.
