Work out regularly! Eat right, preferably 5 small healthy meals as opposed to 3 large meals if you can. And focus on your goals. I would suggest - I am assuming that your legs are on the thinner side, to work calves twice a week, legs once and use a fair amount of weight. Try using an exercise program here at FT an add on the leg/glute program in addition to it. Good luck

Work hard and be patient!
What about saying hello and telling us somethings about yourself?

Why is Weight Training Essential for Women? This is why, and this is what will get you what you desire. If you are wondering about working out as a woman, consider this.

Physiological Benefits of Weight Training:
Increased lean mass
Increased bone density (and resulting decreased risk of osteoporosis)
Increased connective tissue strength
Increased muscular strength
Increased muscular endurance
Increased metabolism
Increased muscle capillarization
Increased physical capacity
Improved muscle balance
Improved posture
Decreased body fat
Decreased risk of injury
Psychological Benefits of Weight Training:
Enhanced kinesthetic awareness
Improved body image
Improved physical appearance
Improved quality of life
Increased confidence
Decreased isolation (much-needed in these “Dilbert “ days of cubicles and computers)
Decreased symptoms of clinical depression
Its fun!
