I have been bringing beef jerky everywhere I go with a bottle of water as I tend to skip meals and then overeat or stop at fast food, I realize it is high in sodium, but for the moment that is what I can take with no preparation, pick up at any store or gas station and the chew, chew, chewing helps curb my cravings!

fat free cottage cheese with a can of tuna mixed in.

If you slap some on a piece of whole wheat bread, you have a healthy tuna salad sandwich.

I see cottage cheese as a healthy alternative to mayonaise in some cases.
