Hi all... My trainer said that most of my muscle deveopment/gains would be within the first 3 months I began working out.... I kind of want to get alittle bit bigger and am wondering how i can do that. do people take creatine or how do they continue to get bigger.. any help would be cool...thanks

Eat, lift heavy, eat, get lots of rest, eat, lift strict, eat, take a few supplements (called "supplements" for a reason).
Take a look at the mass program here at FTs - pretty damn good. And fill out your profile and let us know a little bit about you and your goals/training so we can better help you.

Really? Hmmm never had any problems with that (and I never heard anybody else saying the same thing) so if it was the case with you I guess you've just been unlucky (and the reason would be to found somewhere else).

Creatine has been known to give certain people stomach problems, but this little side effect should go away with in a couple of days. And just eat a little yogurt that helps with the old gut.
