effalunt Posts: 333 Joined: 2002/10/17	2003/04/21, 12:04 PM Just a story of sweet justice...I went out a few weeks ago in a nice little sleevless sweater that is clingy enough that you can see my abs through it. Low and behold, at the same bar was a guy I dated 2 years ago when I was just weak, soft, and skinny. He dumped me, the coward, by blocking my phone number, I hadn't seen him since. He tried to pick me up (hey baby!) before he realized who I was. It was beautiful! "Oh, Ummmm. I'm an idiot! I'm so sorry. So sorry. I'm a loser. I'm so sorry..." I told him that he had always been an idiot, except that now I could kick his butt. He offered to let me! I told him to go away, but he (and all his loser friends) were staring at my friend and I all night. Every minute that I've spent in the gym was justified by that moment. You are so right there is always someone back there to power over eventually. :-) It was so funny last summer when I went to my 10th school reunion. I weigh more than in HS, but the guys all said that I had lost so much weight. ahaha. I know that it is just that I have gained muscles and I am stronger and more womoanly proportioned. Man...does age change you or what?
