Some great exercises for that area are lunges/w DB's or a barbell, squats, and deadlifts.

We always used to say my mom has a "back with a crack", that is, it was flat. I'm in grave danger of getting the same thing! So yeah... what everyone has said...any butt excercises will work those muscles

Honestly, I'm not normally interested, but my butt's looking a lot rounder since I got a gym membership and started doing heavy squats and deads. Not that I'm looking . . .

Yeah i used to be a total FLAT ASS.LOL
but I do heavy squats and lunges almost every time i lift legs and it is starting to get bigger.

I'm no expert here, but I do know a thing or two about FAS (flat ass syndrome). I'm not only the founder of the organization, I'm a member!
While heavy squats and heavy lunges work for many people, I've found that when I do lighter weight squats with good form and go all the way down (butt nearly touches the floor), I feel it more in my glutes than the heavy squat counterparts that go to the more traditional "thighs parallel to floor" position (which I feel more in my quads). Also, I really feel deadlifts in the glutes (and hams).
I've also been experimenting with special sets called "muscle rounds" - a little different than normal sets. (See the over 40 section for details). Doing muscle rounds with light squats, dead lifts, or even leg presses, really gives me a powerful workout (that I feel in the legs AND glutes). Might be worth a try!
Like Mackfactor, though, I've not really been looking!
