Just wanted to give so positive feedback....I have workedout for many years. Up until I joined this site and others I thought I had it down. Since then I have learned SO MUCH! Each workout is now better more intense and much much more productive. I have never seen results in strength as I have seen in the past month or so. I want to thank those here that have kept me motivated either by direct messages, or by their own stories and results. In the last month or so I have increased my bench, deadlift and squats by at least 25-50 lbs. I have lost another inch and 6 lbs. I have gone from 18-18.5 inch arms to 18.5-19 inch arms(18.5 is cold, 19 is after a arm workout). Thanks again and to all those that read this and are new or losing hope remember to stay with it, read all you can read, and when in doubt ASK!!!!! Special thanks to Lumina, Phllia, Rev8ball, the Raven Family(you guys make me laugh), BBfit1, workoutgirl, god and all the others I know who you are but cannot rememeber your name (sorry!) LOL Thanks guys and gals!!!!!!

Mutt, you rock! And all of the crap you've gone through in the last six months, the victory should be that much sweeter! There should be no stopping now...

Thanks to you MUTT!!!! Last night I couldn't help but think of you. I was working last night, taking down the same info I take each night just doing my thing, and I reach up to itch my nose and it was a real painful thing for me to do. Guess I done it right yesterday. (did triceps and biceps) so again Thanks to you MUTT!!!!!!
